My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities provided by the staff were commendable, I faced significant issues with communication and follow-through regarding my needs, which dampened my overall experience. The location is great and close to attractions, but certain room features and service aspects fell short of expectations.
